Kyle Pearson
Managing Director & Project Management Lead
With over 15 years of experience, Kyle's focus is to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with our client’s expectations, requirements and by the agreed upon time, cost and quality parameters.
Having gained project management experience working internally with local and state governments, as well as extensive project management experience with commercial builders, Kyle’s experience includes complex health projects to $120m in value.
Kyle holds tertiary qualifications in building design, business management, project management and construction management.
Amy Pearson
Director & Clinical Project Management Lead
Amy Pearson leads our clinical projects team and brings over 15 years of public health experience to the business.
Amy's experience includes senior management roles with metropolitan Melbourne hospitals, and roles leading the public health covid-19 response. Amy's understanding of patient flow and the impact of construction projects within a live hospital environment are second to none.
Amy holds qualifications at an undergraduate and post graduate level in nursing and also a Master of Business Administration from the Melbourne Business School.
